Terms of Service

1. Use of Service

You may use Andi CMMS only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by any users you authorize. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful material.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

2. Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Andi Systems cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Billing, Payments & Taxes

• Recurring Billing: Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• Taxes: Unless otherwise stated, our fees do not include any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for payment of all such taxes.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time unless required by law.

4. Data Ownership & Privacy

• Your Data: You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the data you upload or submit to Andi CMMS (“Customer Data”).
• Our License to Your Data: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
• Data Security: We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect the security and integrity of your data.

5. Intellectual Property

Andi CMMS, including its software, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of Andi Systems, LLC. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service, our trademarks, or other brand features.

6. Service Availability & Support

We strive to provide 24/7 availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. From time to time, the Service may be unavailable for scheduled maintenance or due to unforeseen technical issues. We will provide support via support@andicmms.com during standard business hours.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

• Disclaimer: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
• Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andi Systems, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for non-payment of fees.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice within the product. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
